As a Pacific Northwest native, Tyler grew up working on his family’s farm, learning every step of the cultivation process. This early experience fueled his interest in farming, which developed into a passion for cultivating superior cannabis.

With more than a decade of experience in cannabis horticulture, extraction, consulting, brokerage, sales, and distribution, Tyler leads Lucid Farms with precision, wisdom, and dedication.

Tyler oversees all operations at Lucid Farms, including cultivation, production, sales, and distribution. He believes consumers deserve the highest quality hemp flowers and his farm is here to make that a reality. 

EDDIE KIENER

Head Grower

Seventeen years ago, Eddie moved from South Carolina to Oregon to explore medical cannabis. The health benefits propelled him to cultivate medical cannabis in Central Oregon, consult growers in the recreational cannabis market, and be a first mover in hemp farming.

With nearly two decades of cannabis horticulture experience, Eddie believes in sustainability as a means of working with the earth to optimize the plant’s potential and provide a product that people’s bodies can trust. 

Eddie leads the cultivation team at Lucid Farms. He believes hemp is the next great agricultural revolution and he takes pride in being on the frontlines for Lucid Farms. 

 

CAROLINE CAHILL

Assistant Operations Officer

Caroline is a seasoned writer and editor who spent nearly four years as a cannabis journalist. After covering the industry, Caroline transitioned into cultivation in 2018 by completing a cannabis horticulture science course and internship at CAN! Research in Oregon. Since that time, Caroline has enhanced her cultivation knowledge by working for indoor and outdoor cannabis cultivators in Oregon, as well as hemp farms in the state. 

From day-to-day operations and long-term business planning, Caroline ensures operations run smoothly at Lucid Farms. She is thrilled to be a part of a team that values educated cultivation practices, hemp therapeutics, and an elevated user experience.
